Town Return for Way

Darren Way has ended his injury nightmare and has re-signed for his former club Yeovil. Way signed for the Swans in January 2006 and his time at the Liberty Stadium was beset by injury. Way managed to make only 9 first team starts with the Swans during this period.

In December 2007 Way returned to Yeovil Town for a month's loan spell which saw Yeovil enjoy their best form of the season with four victories and three defeats in the seven match loan period.

The Swans signed Way in 2006 for £150,000 and his transfer back to his former club is thought to have cost Yeovil up to £50,000.

In an interview with the Evening Post, Way said: Swansea didn't quite work out for me the way I'd hoped it would, but I've gained a lot of experience from my time there and hope to use that experience throughout the rest of my career,".

"I'd like to thank the staff at Swansea for everything they've done for me and I wish them all the best for the coming season."

All the best Darren, let's hope your injury problems are behind you now.
