The Swans left for their pre-season tour to Holland today where they will play four matches in four days. Lee Trundle was not aboard the plane with the rest of the squad and is understood to be holding talks with Bristol City, with a view to a £1million plus move to the club.

The Swans fixtures are against:

Telstar 29/7

Scipluiden 30/7

Alphense Boys 31/7

Sparta Rotterdam 1/8

Two of the Swans new signings Ferrie Bodde and Dorus De Vries are of course both Dutch and will be keen to make an impression playing for their new club in their home country. Jason Scotland will hopefully make his debut sometime on the tour after recovering from a calf injury.

Then on Sunday 5th August at 3.00pm, Swans will play Spanish Primera Liga club Levante. The Valencia-based club finished 15th in the Spanish top flight last season. The Granotes' most famous former player is Dutch master Johan Cruyff, who played for Levante in the 1980s. Laurent Robert, the former Newcastle Utd player, currently plays for Levante.
