New signing Dennis Lawrence will be missing for several weeks after limping out of last night's Carling Cup defeat by Wycombe Wanderers at the Liberty Stadium.
Lawrence limped off with what seemed like a groin strain just 16 minutes into the game. He will now be missing for several weeks at a time when the Swans really do need his experience, after a shocking display against a Wycombe side who deservedly won the game.
Swansea will have to show a significant improvement if they are to get a result against Leyton Orient on Saturday.
