Swansea are held after Tate's poor challenge

Alan Tate was given his chance tonight to show that he deserves a first team place after falling out of place due to Dennis Lawrence's good form. Unfortunately, Tate didn't take the chance and Swansea paid by being held by Ryman League side Horsham FC.

Guillem Bauza's excellent finish looked to be the decider for long periods of the game but in the 85th minute, Tate rashly tugged the shirt of Lee Farrell and the Referee correctly awarded a penalty. Lewis Taylor blasted home to earn the replay at the Liberty, (Date Yet To Be Confirmed).

For much of the match, Swansea dominated with Butler hitting the bar with a sublime effort from outside the area and the home side were indebted to Stopper Paul Seuke.

With all the fixture congestion arriving now, this is not what was needed. We also must stress that the SKY Commentators were extrermely biased towards the Home side, constantly ignoring the good football and chances created by Swansea City.
