Trundle Placed Highly By Popular Magazine

Lee Trundle has been voted as one of the top players currently playing outside of the Premiership by FourFourTwo magazine.The Swansea striker was placed at number 13 in the chart, with Reading's Steve Sidwell winning taking the number one spot.

Trundle was the highest placed player from League Two and the second highest from outside the Championship, with Hull's Stuart Elliott finishing 9th. Swansea's top scorer also finished above the likes of Paul Ince, Nick Barmby, Ade Akinbiyi, Leroy Lita and Nigel Reo-Coker.

Other League Two players to make the final 50, included Yeovil's Lee Johnson (23) and Phil Jevons (27), Scunthorpe's Paul Hayes (45), Cambridge's John Ruddy (46), Boston's David Noble (49) and Jamie Brooks (50) of Oxford.
