Swans in good shape

Tamas Priskin, on loan from Ipswich, could be handed his debut at Deepdale after last week arriving from Ipswich until the end of the season.

However, Rodgers will find it difficult to make any changes to the XI who put in a superb display to see off Nottingham Forest 3-2 prior to the international break.

Skipper Garry Monk, now back to full fitness after his knee ligament injury, made his return as a 77th-minute substitute against Forest but may be on the bench again.

On-loan Chelsea forward Fabio Borini and winger Scott Sinclair, who were in scintillating form to see off the Reds, have returned from Under-21s duty with their respective nations, while a host of City`s senior internationals are also back in South Wales in one piece.

Swans go into the clash looking to leapfrog Norwich - who host Scunthorpe - into second place although they will not find it easy against a North End side who are battling relegation and have successive victories under their belts.
