French left-back Sofianne Zaaboub is currently in the middle of a week's trial with the Swans and a decision on his future will be made by Kenny Jackett during the weekend.
The 23-year-old is a free agent following his departure from Belgian club FC Brussels, and he impressed in a reserve appearance against Bristol Rovers on Monday, which the Swans won 1-0.
"He's very good going forward and we've given him a trial this week," Jackett told BBC Wales Sport. "We'll give him a week's training and we'll assess it at the end."
Zaaboub also spent two seasons playing for Modena in the Italian Second Division.
