Sheff Utd v Swansea

Last updated : 23 April 2010 By BBC Sport

Swansea have doubts over Alan Tate, who has missed the last three games with an ankle injury, but Angel Rangel is in line for a return from a groin injury

Striker Craig Beattie (hip) is out, while midfielders Ferrie Bodde and Jordi Lopez's seasons are already over.

MATCH PREVIEW

Two victories from their last three matches have eased Swansea City's jitters as they battle to hold onto their place in the top six.

But those wins have both been at home. Paulo Sousa's side have won only one of their last six away matches and face a Sheffield United side that has been strong at Bramall Lane this season.

The Swans have been under pressure from Blackpool, who are a place below them in seventh and hammered them 5-1 last month.

But a defeat for the Tangerines on Saturday would mean that a victory for Swansea would clinch a play-off place for the Welsh club. It would also be only United's fourth home defeat of the season.
