The Swans midfielder, who scored three times in the six matches played last month, has been nominated for the award along with Billy Sharp (Doncaster), Lee Camp (Nott'm Forest) and Chris Burke (Cardiff).
The winner will be announced during Sky Sports' Soccer AM show this coming Saturday morning.
