Oli Wins In Landslide

Swans MAD users voted Dennis Oli as the new player that excites them the most with regards to the new season. Oli swept home with over 50% of the votes, with Adrian Forbes finishing second.

Oli's two goals in Saturday's friendly probably aided him in this poll, as fans rushed to praise him for his pace and positive attacking play. The ex-QPR striker will be hoping that he can repeat the performance on Tuesday night against Barry Town and prove that he has the consistency to be a success in South Wales.

Centre-back Monk was the only other player to hit double figures in terms of votes, gaining 16% of the eventual total. Ricketts, Gueret, Austin and Fisken gained a total of just 9% between them.
