Fifty-three-year-old Fuccillo palyed his football for Luton Town, USA side Tulsa Roughnecks, Southend and Peterborough.
He has undertaken coaching and scouting positions at Posh, Sheffield Wednesday, Barnet, Southend, Birmingham City, Everton and Leicester City.
Fuccillo takes on the role as Cheif Scout at The Liberty Stadium with immediate effect.
