The Swans midfielder has not played since sastaining cruciate knee ligament damage in the 3-2 home defeat to The Blues on 21st November 2008.
However, the 27-year-old Dutch midfielder has been pencilled in to make a return to action in the Reserve team game against Swindon Town at The Gnoll in Neath on Wednesday afternoon.
