Lincoln Offer Contract To Rayner

Canadian goalkeeper Simon Rayner has been officially offered a contract by Lincoln manager Keith Alexander. Although nothing has yet to be signed, Lincoln have been impressed with the tall goalkeeper, that was playing his football in the League of Wales last season.

Just last week, Rayner joined the Swans on trial and was desperately searching for a professional contract. However, after just a couple of days, Jackett decided that Rayner wasn't what he was looking for and told the ex-Port Talbot goalkeeper that he was free to leave.

Swans supporters will just be hoping that Jackett's decision doesn't come back to haunt him.......
