The 33-year-old told the clubs Swans Player "I've got a job to do on Saturday and if I get a chance I will score as many as I can.
"But I think I'll keep the celebration quiet - Ipswich means a lot to me but I still have a job to do here."
Kuqi spent three years with the Tractor Boys and became a fans' favourite at Portman Road, scoring 32 times in 92 appearances.
"It's a club I know very well," he added. "They have changed a few players since I was there but it's a club where I really enjoyed playing."
