The Spanish striker scored the only goal of the game at The Liberty Stadium on Saturday, his first goal since the 3-1 defeat against Crystal Palace on 14th March.
"It was important for me as I wanted to score a long time ago," Pintado said after scoring his first goal of the season.
"I wanted to celebrate for my baby. My wife has been asking what was happening because she couldn't understand it."
"Every club we've been together she has seen me score goals.
"At least she will see me with a smile on my face now.
"I've been working hard every game so the goal was quite emotional for me.
"It was my first goal and hopefully the beginning of many."
