Centre-back Monk has been sidelined with a knee injury since early January, while Orlandi has been missing since late January with a thigh problem.
But with the pair having returned to full training last week, they are set to set up their respective comebacks for City`s second string when they take on Plymouth at Home Park on Tuesday afternoon.
The news will come as a big boost to a stuttering Swans side who have picked up the promotion jitters of late, taking just one point from their last possible nine.
