David Cotterill has won an 11th hour Welsh call for Wednesday's friendly with Luxembourg to bolster John Toshack's injury-ravaged strike-force.The Swansea City attacker is a late addition as Wales have lost Sam Vokes to injury while Ched Evans is a doubt.
Vokes is out as he was stretchered off on his Bristol City debut in their defeat to Millwall on Saturday.
While Evans hurt an ankle in his goal-scoring display for Sheffield United in their 1-1 draw at Cardiff City.
Bristol City's on-loan Wolverhampton wanderers forward Vokes is set for six weeks on the sidelines after suffering the hamstring problem.
Evans was substituted in the 68th minute of Sunday's draw at Cardiff due to an ankle knock sustained in the first-half just after his goal gave United the lead at Cardiff City Stadium.
The ankle of the former Manchester City striker was heavily iced afterwards but Toshack, who has already lost Simon Davies after the Fulham midfielder's decision to retire from international football, hopes Evans will be fit to win his 13th cap especially now Vokes is out.
The 21-year-old afterwards: "I will report for duty at the Welsh camp and get assessed by the Wales physios and see how I go."
But if Evans fails a fitness test then Toshack is likely to hand a first Wales cap to new call-up Steve Morison.
The Millwall striker and Cardiff City defender Darcy Blake are the two uncapped players in Wales' squad for the Parc y Scarlets friendly on Wednesday - and both are in line for an international debut.
Morison answers Toshack's squad call for the game in Llanelli after the Welsh FA discovered his Welsh ancestry.
Morrison, who signed for Millwall for £130,000 from then non-league Stevenage Borough in the summer of 2009, impressed in his first League One campaign.
The 6ft 2in forward began his career at Northampton Town before drawing attention during his time in non-league for Blue Square South side Bishop's Stortford and then Blue Square Premier side Stevenage.
His goals inspired Stevenage to two FA Trophy triumphs at Wembley - Morrison scoring in both finals against Kidderminster Harriers in 2007 and York in 2009 - before Millwall's Welsh boss Kenny Jackett handed him a second league chance.
Morison, who had a grandmother born in Tredegar, has been watched by Wales assistant Roy Evans and the 26-year-old, who scored 23 goals in Millwall's successful League One promotion campaign, could line up alongside Wales captain Craig Bellamy in Wales' attack.

Bellamy, who has missed the last five Wales friendlies and last four Wales internationals, has reported for international duty despite Manchester City's Premier League season starting on Saturday at Tottenham Hotspur.
Wales Under-21 international Blake has been rewarded by Toshack for his form in Cardiff City's play-off push at the end of last season.
The 21-year-old was hailed as Cardiff's form player by his team-mates as an unbeaten 10-game run - including seven victories - sealed the Bluebirds' ultimately unsuccessful Championship play-off spot last season.
Blake has won 14 caps for Brian Flynn's Wales Under-21 side and marked top strikers like Gabriel Agbonlahor and Mario Balotelli on the international stage.
And as centre-back trio James Collins, Lewin Nyatanga and Danny Gabbidon have all been left out of Toshack's squad to recover from injuries, Blake could win his first cap at Llanelli.
Wales have won all five of their previous showdowns with Luxembourg.
