Joe Allen has handed Swansea City a fitness boost as the Wales midfielder has returned to full contact training after undergoing shoulder surgery.The 20-year-old was given the all-clear by the consultant to start training on Saturday after his operation to cure a long-standing shoulder problem.
Allen will be vital to new Swansea boss Brendan Rodgers in the midfield since Sheffield United signed Leon Britton.
"I've done a lot of training with the boys so I'm not far off," said Allen.
